“I made a drastic change at age 20, from working in video and wanting to produce movies, to painting and sculpting. Working full-time as an artist was like discovering the world in which I was meant to be. Anxious to make a go of it, I started selling art while still in school. I left the Corcoran in 1985, and have been a professional artist ever since.”
He is also a partner with Kerima Gabbay Mullany in Mullany Art Studios, and teaches painting regularly at The Studio School in Flint Hill, Virginia. Currently, he shows his work locally at RH Ballard Art, in Washington,Virginia, and at Haley Fine Art in Sperryville, Virginia.
