Located on Columbia Pike in Arlington Va., William Jeffrey’s Tavern is a wonderful, neighborhood, restaurant decorated in a Prohibition Era decor. When first asked to do a mural, Tom researched the history of the area, and then drew from many old photographs from that time period in order to create the right look.
